This commercial real estate development partnership focusing on unique, one-of-a-kind urban projects needed a new visual identity and marketing material. A new logotype was developed that features the partnership name, built with stately typography and a simple linear symbol for the built environment. The comprehensive visual identity was developed to enhance the firm’s name recognition and build awareness of the firm’s brand.
